It's hard to tell from what was said thus far. He claims to wish to start over knowing the unfamiliar versions of Waver and myself that are here, but only time will tell if that wish is genuine.

I'll treat him as if he's being genuine, but I'll keep a watchful eye on him. He's Black Order—even if he genuinely wishes to leave or has his grievances against them, there's no telling what magic tricks they've placed on him to ensure his cooperation.
