Inside the bag is a collection of marizpan treats, with a hint of honey for a subtle sweetness. Lycaon found out these were popular treats during the Spice Trade, and actually found a recipe for them in the book Edward gave him. He researched how to make it more authentic...as long as it was safe. Inside the bag is the list of ingredients as well as the year these were at their height.
Third, is a bottle about the size of half your index finger, with a tuft of white wolf fur inside. Again, no note to explain this, but the pieces can be put together where that fur came from. The bottle is attached to a necklace like chain.
Underneath all that is a note, folded in the shape of a paper boat. Should he unfold it:]

From what I read, these treats were popular around your time, so I tried to recreate them as close to the original recipe as I could. Naturally I kept an eye out for things that would not pass a health check, so if the taste is off, it is likely that. Please enjoy them.
The candle...well, Wolfmen are able to track people by scent. However it's not as simple as a cologne. It is more the scent of your 'self', as it were. Something unique to you and you alone. This is yours. Sea Salt and Leather seems to fit you quite perfectly, if I am being honest.
The bottle contains a tuft of fur from my wrist. It is giving a piece of myself to you as a memento. Should there ever be a time you wonder if the world is against you, this is proof that I will be your stalwart ally. There's no need to wear it or anything.
Thank you again for being both such a reliable friend, and for saving quite a bit of my spice collection. I haven't forgotten your diligence in helping me recover them. Even if we had to dispose of some of the bottles, you certainly saved me an arduous task of replacing.
